Show Public Notice Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment on Zoning of Park City, Utah, will at its meeting to be held Tuesday, December 15. beginning be-ginning at 4:00 (NOTE the new time) p.m. at the Marsac School, on Marsac JT Avenue (south entrance), consider the following appeals ap-peals with respect to the enforcement of the zoning ordinance and it is hereby required that each case up for hearing will be presented and argued before the Board of Adjustment either by the petitioner or by an authorized authoriz-ed agent. If represented by an agent, the agent must have written authorization from the owner. 1 Application of Evonne Severinsen, the owner of the property located at 2227 Little Bessie Drive, requests a variance to allow for a duplex residence in the RDM (Residential Development-Medium Development-Medium Density) district. ' 2 - Application of Anna and Lester Eddington, the owners of the property located at 1465 Woodside Avenue, request a variance to construct a six-plex with a reduction in the side yard setback from the required ten feet to seven feet. ttVi - Application of Dewey Anderson, the owner of Lot 42 Prospector Square, requests re-quests a variance to reduce parking and to allow for the construction of an underground under-ground parking structure within the required front yard setback area.
