Show j.irlcku Chamber Made January membership meeting meet-ing is coming up. Set aside Wednesday, Jan. 24, 1979 7:30 p.m. for cocktails and meeting. Important business will include: in-clude: President's Farewell Election of New Board Members Mem-bers 1979 Preview Election procedures: 1. The board consists of 12 directors, each director serves a three year term, every year four directors are elected, replacing re-placing three year retiring members. 2. A nominating committee consisting of two board members mem-bers and five members at large shall choose one candidate for each vacant position on the board. 3. Voting by slate shall take place at the Jan. 24 annual meeting. Note: The slate will be published in the January newsletter. news-letter. Additional candidates for the board may be placed on the ballot by filing a petition bearing five member signatures, signa-tures, ten days prior to annual meeting, Monday, Jan. 15. Each additional candidate must be filed to fill a specific vacancy. Board resignations: John Manookin, First Security Bank, 2nd year for 2 years.
