Reynolds, 27, of Mulberry, Arkansas, was trying to negotiate a turn while driving his semi in the eastbound lane, side-swiped another semi traveling in the same direction, and tipped over off to the side of the freeway onto a parked pickup truck. Mr. Reynolds and his daughter, Jennifer, were killed instantly. Injured in the three-vehicle mishap were James Garth McGee, 25, and his father Garth G. McGee, 57, both of Salt Lake. The semi that was side-swiped side-swiped sustained $6000 damage. man charged in rape case A 26-year old Evanston, Wyoming man was arrested last week in Summit County and charged with raping a Wanship resident in Echo Canyon early Tuesday morning, October 16. Mike Couch, employed by Flint Construction Comny in Evanston, was charged with aggravated sexual assault and bound over to Summit County Jail in Coalville on $10,000 bail. According to Summit County Sheriff Ron Robinson, Couch was living at the Prarie Inn in Evanston. Salt Lake attorney David Yokom will represent Couch. A trial date has not been set. The Summit County Attorney's Office will handle the prosecution. |
