Instructions, plans, specifications specifica-tions anr proposal blanks will be on file in the office of Edwards & Daniels and Associates, Architects, Archi-tects, 525 East Third South, Salt Lake City, Utah after July 17, 1978 where they may be consulted consult-ed or secured for the purpose of bidding. Plans and specifications may be obtained upon deposit of $35.00 per set. Contractors shall be limited to two sets on deposit. Full refund will be made upon return of such Documents in good condition within ten calendar days after the bids are opened and if a bid is submitted. Deposit shall be forfeited if Documents are retained beyond ten calendar days following deposit receipt and a bid is not submitted. These requirements will be waived for current members of A.G.C. (Associated (As-sociated General Contractors). All bidders ahll be pre-quali-fied. Pre-qualification forms may be obtained at the office of the Architect. NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed bids will be received at a regular board meeting by the Park City School Board, at the Park City High School Media Center, Park City, Utah, up to 7:30 p.m., Tuesday August, 8, 1978, for the furnishing of all labor, materials, transportation, and services for the Park City School District Bus Garage. All bids will then be publicly opened and read. A certified or cashier's check or bid bond of not less than five percent (5) of the amount of the bid, drawn payable to the order of the Park City School District, shall accompany the bid. This check or bid bond of the accepted bidder shall be forfeited in case he fails or refuses to enter into the Contract or furnish the 100 Performance, and 100 Material and Labor Payment Bond as required by the Owner.
