Alice Terry O'Neil has left us here upon this earth for better things and I'm sure this is the after-glow she would leave with us: I'd like the memory of me to .be a happy one. I'd like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done. I'd like to leave an echo whispering softly down the way. Of happy times and laughing laugh-ing and bright and. sunny days. I'd like the tears of those that grieve to' dry before the sun. ; Of happy memories I leave when life is done. This is the way one feels when they remember AHca a Jgentle, loving being who always had a smile and a cheery hello for everyone. She was loved by many and she v will be missed, may she rest in peace. ' There were so many happy smiling friendly faces Saturday Satur-day at the Park City Ladies Luncheon, So many old friends there and new ones to be made. The memories of davs gone by. said times, happy times to share again and again. Over 160 ladies nast. present and future Parkites there.' the Newcomer ; and the old timers have much to share. The luncheons will ?m on for more years to come. Tu do so. Nan will need help from those who would like to share as a member of the committee. V years, before that the credif goes to Ada Haran and Virginia Leahy and those who helped get it started and kept it going for 13 years before it was voted on to come to Park City. The first one I attended was ai the Newhousc Hotel and I drove Nan, Violet and Alice (lnvn as they didn't drive i hen. Thai year there was about 50 ladies and it was vuied on to bring it back here "now thai there were places to accomodate; This year there vas over 160, the largest yet. Lei us pilch in now and help Nan to continue on for as mauvvears more at least. Mi and Mrs. Rick Cybulski are the proud parents of a babv girl arriving May 2, weighing in at 6lbs.8oz. Hanpv grandparents are Robert Ro-bert and Nancy Thompson, ' and great grandparents, Frank and Marjerie Egbert Barker. Marjerie lived at the Babv Shoe Ranch (Kearns Ranch) Nancv was born in Park Citv: Mr. Egbert trained Imrses for Senator Kearns and ran ihe ranch for many years. Sunday was a day for hundreds of St. Ann's School Alumni to an open house marking the 25th year for a full time school. Built at the i urn of the century as an ornhanage bv the Kearns family at 4.15 East 2100 South Salt Lake City, later housed a ..school. on. the first two floors, while orphans still lived in -.dormitories occuping the third fl m ir. I n 1 955 t he orphanage closed and the building became a private school, -kindergarten through eighth rade. All the rooms were opened on the top floor which are rarelv used and was toured bv hundreds of visitors. riiere were four Daughters l Utah Pioneers from Park Citv , who at tended the tri-eoiiniv tri-eoiiniv cnyention held at Heber Citv on Saturday. It was a verv' informative meeting and those who attended oained very much. Attending were. Riniha Burns. Jessie McAjevv, Yvonne Rose and AHene Black.
