Show No bidder may withdraw his proposal for a period of thirty days after the date set for the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to accept any or to reject re-ject any or all proposals or waive any informality in a proposal. Dated: April 14, 1975. By: Resolution of Park City School District. May 6, 1973 for the .furn-"' ishing of all labor, materials, mat-erials, transportation, and services for InitialSite Work for the Park City MghSchool located in Park City, Utah. Bids will be opened and read at 7:35 p.m., Tuesday, May 6, 1975. Contract completion date shall be July 7, 1975. For each day that the site work remains uncompleted after that date, the General Contractor Con-tractor shall pay the Owner the sum of $100.00 per day as liquidated damages. A certified or cashier's check or bid bond of not less than five per cent (5) of the amount of the bid, drawn payable to the order of Park City School District, shall accompany the bid. This check or bid bond of the accepted ac-cepted bidder shall be forfeited for-feited in case he fails or refuses to enter into the Contract or furnish the 100 Performance and 100 Material Mat-erial and Labor Payment Bond as required by the NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed bids will be received re-ceived at the Park City School District offices, 301 North Main, Park City, Utah up to 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Owner. The Owner shall enter into only one Contract for the site work of the project. The successful bidder, to be known as the General Contractor, Con-tractor, shall have responsibility respon-sibility for proper execution of all work contracted by him. Instructions, plans and specifications and proposal blanks will be on file in the office of Edwards and Daniels Architects, Inc., 525 East Third South, Salt Lake City, Utah after April 22, 1975, where they may be consulted con-sulted or secured for the purpose of bidding. A deposit of $15 will be required to guarantee return re-turn of said plans. Said deposit de-posit will be refunded provided pro-vided the plans and specifications specif-ications are returned to the Architect in good order within with-in ten days following receipT of proposal.
