Show Winter Carnival Set Feb. 13-14; Girls Urged To Enter Queen Race will also be presented by Mayor Sullivan to the boy and girl 7 years and under who win these titles. There will be free ski passes for them, also, as well as ski lessons at Park City West. Parents of all winners will be hosted by Clair Boyle at a dinner to be held at C'est Bon. A chance to reign over festivities of the Park City Winter Carnival, February 13 and 14, is being offered to young ladies 17 years and over who are residents of Park City or immediate im-mediate area. Registration for the Queen Contest is now being held at the Park City Chamber of Commerce Com-merce office every day except Sundays, from 10 a.m. to 6p.m. Final day of registration is 6 p.m. Thursday, February 4. Judging for the final award will be held at Park City West at 6 p.m. on Feb. 5 with all entrants in ski attire. Judges will be Bob Dean, Dick Frost, Jeanne Gee, Don Redmon and Hazel Parkinson. Beside the honor of reigning reign-ing over the First Winter Carnival Carn-ival in the Park City, Salt Lake City and surrounding area, the Queen will receive gifts including in-cluding Park City West and Park City Resort ski passes and ski instruction.
