Investigation developed develop-ed the fact that Heber parties had uncovered a ledge of the "yellow stuff near the head of Snake Creek canyon. They came to Park City and interested Fred Davis and Frank Goist, who secured a lease and bond on the ground for 18 months. Samples of rock given to the leasers said to be taken from the ledge assayed $23,000. Keith is a senior and president of the Student Council. 50 Years Ago November 1922 The Record missed it by a few miles in its last issue when it said Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Huddy were going to make their home at Tooele. Mr. Huddy disposed of his bakery in this city for the purpose of going to his old home in England, where he will remain for the winter. Mrs. Huddy is not going with her husband and will make her home in Salt Lake City. The Emergency Hospital, which for a year or more was conducted by the Mining Co. of our city was closed the first : of the week, and all paraphernalia parapher-nalia transferred to the Miners Hospital, recently purchased by and now under management of Mrs. Margaret Clark. The suite of rooms formerly used at the New Park Hotel for the Emergency Hospital, are now being fitted and furnished by Mine Hostess, Mrs. Marie Hethke, to be occupied permanently perm-anently by Mr. and Mrs. Herman Her-man Hethke, upon their return from their honeymoon.
