Show Chit Chat By Bea Bill and Lucille Bircum-shaw Bircum-shaw of Hawthorne, Calif., called Bob and Rintha Burns to chat about the Park and all that is happening. Bill has been quite ill for over two years now and thinks constantly con-stantly about coming back to Park City, the home of his childhood and young manhood. man-hood. Bill and Bob are like brothers as Bill was raised with Bob by his mother "Nanny" Burns. Bob Brunner is once again visiting the Park, doingsome work on his condominium and just relaxing. It's nice to have him back, and he expects ex-pects his parents to join him by the weekend. Emma Dickerman, her son Frank Jr. and family were visitors to the Park Saturday Satur-day and had a real enjoyable day visiting around and seeing see-ing the changes. Emma drove Yellow Cab for many years and is now retired and says she surely enjoys the free time as she has worked hard all her life. The County Fair will be held in Coalville August 9-10. Supervisors in the Home Arts for Park City will be Virginia Street, Rintha Burns and Marge Angelli. Articles must be in to them by the sixth. Cost to enter is five articles, $1.00. Mary Lou Toly will be in charge of flowers and these must be taken in between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. so these must be in early enough for Mary Lou to get them over as anything entered after 9:30 a.m. will be put on display only. 4-H work will be turned over to Fannie Williams or Bea Kummer as directed according ac-cording to class. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Ruck-awina Ruck-awina Jr. and children moved mov-ed into their new home in Summit Park Sunday. They had hoped to be in last Christmas but delays and shortages slowed them down. They are very happy to get moved and settled soon they hope. |
