NOTICE is hereby given to all persons interested that on November 7th, 1973, the Board of County Commissioners Commis-sioners of Summit County, Utah, adopted a Resolution declaring that the public health, convenience and necessity require the creation of an improvement district in said County, and providing for the holdingof a public hearing on the creation crea-tion of such district at the regular meeting place of the Board in the Courthouse, in Coalville, Utah, at 10:00 o'clock o'-clock a.m. on December 5th, 1973. The boundaries proposed for such improvement district dis-trict are as follows: Beginning at the common intersection point of the Summit County, Salt Lake County, and Morgan County Coun-ty lines, said point being be-ing located in the Southwest South-west Quarter of Section 20. The estimated cost of the acquisition of the aforesaid plant or plants and system, which estimate shall not constitute con-stitute a limitation upon the cost of the improvements to be constructed, is$4,000,000. The estimated cost of the Sewer District Study is $35,000. The estimated amount of bonds proposed to be issued for the payment of said cost, which estimate, however, is not a limitation on the amount of bonds to be hereafter issued, is-sued, is $500,000.
