last Sunday Once again St. St Paul appeals to them to live by the spirit that the holy spirit may dwell in them so wonderfully wonderfully won won- won wonderfully that It might truly be said that Christ lived in them this was In Indeed Indeed indeed In- In deed a consummation to be wished In such a tough boisterous body of people as His Galatian converts were Good of heart no doubt but reckless rovers after a wild exciting life that often orten trespassed all tenets of moderation moderation moderation modera modera- tion or temperance St. St Paul urges them to better lives in these words Brethren If we live by the spiritS spirit by the spirit let us also walk Let ut uE u not become desirous of vain glory provoking provoking provoking pro pro- one another envying one an an- other othel Brethren even If a person Is caught doing something wrong you who are spiritual instruct such a one In Ina a spirit of meekness considering thy thyself thyself thyself self lest thou also be tempted B Bear ar one another's burdens and so you will fulfill fulfill ful ful- ful- ful fill the law of Christ For If anyone thinks himself to be something whereas he is nothing he deceives himself But let everyone test his own work and so he will have glory In himself only and not In comparison with another For Forach each ach one ne will bear his own burden And let et him who is Instructed in the word share hare all good things with his teacher Be not deceived God is not mocked For what a man sows that he will also reap cap For he who seeks In the flesh lesh from rom the flesh lesh also will reap corruption But he who sows In the spirit from the spIrIt will reap life everlasting And In doing good let us not grow tired for forIn forin forn In n due time we shall reap If we do not relax elax Therefore while we have time let letus letus letus us do good to all men It Is soothing to o hear Paul speak on some of the social virtues which befit beUt one who walks In Christ He speaks of fraternal correction if f one has to correct a brother he must do It In a spirit of gentleness remembering remembering remembering bering that he himself may fall We should hould all take to heart the warning of the he Master Let him who is without sin cast the first stone The beautiful eulogy of mercy in the Merchant of Venice Is well known but perhaps not I so well known Is the pathetic truth the expression of ot which Shakespeare puts on the lips of Portia in the course of justice ustice none of us should see salvation Be merciful to one another recalling that we all make mistakes only some make greater mistakes than others TEe last ast of or the Epistle is a summing up of Christs Christ's own life work He never wearied going about doing good to all men CATECHISM 1 CLASSES The above gone now though the sky Is still blue the midday sun still hot against the skin the harvest full fun to bursting the trees still green with only a promise that fall Is nigh The hills around Park clothed In verdure of varied hues somewhat more blurred than usual owing to early frosts that visited us too soon the setting around Park City is magnificent nt something that tears at the hearts of exiles as In fancy they see once again the old homes on the hills They would almost venture another flight Theres There's so much Joy In returning Our children have gone back to school It Is not easy
