Club examined ex ox the eyes of ot the North Summit Grade children the past week with Louise Rees flees in charge The examinations were con ducted at the request of ot the prin prine principal cipal and the teachers of ot the Grade School and they felt that It would be better to examine the eyes In the fall and then If the children needed glasses It would help them in their school work There Thera were wore children examined examined ex and 30 of ot them needed rechecking Part df t these thero th e children were notified after the spring ex If It all parents could see how happy the children are who are wearing their new glasses more would be willing to spend the I little money It 11 would cost for forI I I their examinations During the spring examinations one boy was found with a lazy eye and by getting help now the I clinic feels they may have saved d dI the sight In his eye I The clinic workers do not profess pro pro- fess tese tess' tess to tobe be be professionals but tout they do feel that the children should be checked when when notified by the school schooLA A few dollars now may save your childs child's eyesight later A Lazy Eye Clinic will be held again in the spring for tor children 13 3 to 6 j 1 l 1 sl J |
