I That the Revised Ordinances of Park City Utah 1940 1040 be amended am am- I ended by adding a 0 chapter known AS Chapter and entitled Planning and Zoning which shall be as follows CHATTER CHAPTER f i I PLANNING AND ZONING ARTICLE I. abandonment or change of use of any of the foregoing the general location character layout and extent of community centers and neighborhood units and the general character extent and layout of the of blighted areas The planning Commission may from time to time amend extend or add to the master plan or carry any part or subject matter into greater detail SECTION 2 The Official Map From and after the time when the Planning Commission shall have adopted a major street plan the City Council Counell may establish an official map of the whole or any part of the city theretofore existing and Inspector for any building or structure or part thereof on any land located be tween the mapped lines of any street as shown on the official map Any person aggrieved by his inability to to obtain such a permit may appeal to the Board of Adjustment The Board of Adjustment shall have the power pow er upon an appeal filed with it by the owner of such land to au the grant of a permit for fora a building or structure or part thereof within any mapped location in any case in which the Board of Adjustment upon the evidence finds a that the prop prop- ery cry of the appellant of at which such
