C A. A Larson and 92 writ write write-in Jn votes for Dean Vernon The votes were recorded and the ballot box was duly sealed and stored in the county clerks clerk's vaults BUT BUT BUT- The next morning the election Judge from this particular precinct precinct pre pre- precinct reported to Reed Pace that several write write-in votes for Mr Vernon were not counted because there was no X in the space opposite opposite op op- his written written-in same Mr Pace dug out the which firmly states that the voter voter vot vote er may write in the name of a person for an office and he shall be deemed to have voted for that person whether he marks or fails falls to make a cross mark opposite such name name Obviously the uncounted write write- in votes for Mr MK Vernon sh should ld have been counted If there are seven Mr Vernon wins If there are only five Mr Larson wins I Judge John will beIn be bein bein in Coalville on Friday Dec 4 to issue a court order for openIng opening open open- ing of the ballot box Then the ballots will e a counted again I Me Meanwhile nw lel neither Mr Larson nor Mr Vernon knows who is I elected l Neither er for that matter matter does any anyone one else i |
