J E Trowbridge Trowbridge Trow- Trow bridge Mrs Rulon Fisher and Mrs Bertha Muir from Bountiful ful all former Red Cross vol vol- A FLAG ceremony conducted by a group of military tary men and anda I Ia a recital of the Carillon Bells I played by Miss Glennis Quigley I were an Important feature of the evening The large replica of the Liberty Bell which holds a predominant place In the capitol capitol cap cap- itol rotunda was rung in honor honorof of the loyal volunteers who at at- at tended This is a great honor r for this bell Is used only on very special occasions A reception was held In the Gold Room which was decorated ed with the colors of our coun coun- try State officials greeted the hundreds of ot former volunteers who attended THE TEA table In the center of ot the rotunda was gay with red white and blue flowers ribbons ribbons ribbons rib rib- bons and candles Minute Women leaders from various parts of ot the state presided presided presided pre pre- sided at the tea table and friends of ot long ago enjoyed a reunion and a time of bering THE AFFAIR marked the anniversary of or the Utah Minute Women who served so well during world war II n.
