N were held Monday June 5 in the B Bountiful ward chapel I Burial was in the Salt Lake I City cemetery He died Friday May 26 at his home of a heart attack MR WOODWARD was born May 14 1890 in Franklin Ida a son of Saint Leon and Rachel Thomas Woodward He married Elizabeth Robbins June 18 1919 in the Salt Lake Temple Surviving him are his widow and daughter Marilyn of Boun Bountiful brothers and sisters Dr Grant T T. T Woodward Fallon Fallen Nev John B B. B and Mrs Ella Thomas of Ogden HE ATTENDED school at Franklin Ida at B YU and Utah State Agricultural College Lo Lo- Lo gan gun While li living ving in Franklin he was engaged in farming Shortly after his marriage he moved to Salt Lake They spent eight years there and he worked with his law in who was associated with K Keeley eel e y Ice Cream Co IN FRANKLIN Mr Woodward served d four years in the Idaho State Legislature one term as representative ve and three as state senator He was active in the Church all his life He served a mission to California in 1911 12 While in Franklin he worked in all the organizations of the church as Sunday School superintendent superintendent superintendent super super- five years member of the Franklin Stake High Council for four years and bishop of the ward for nearly ten years MR WOODWARD was a resident resident resident resi resi- dent of Bountiful for 18 years Soon after coming to Bountiful he was called to be high priest class leader in the ward Later Later he was a counselor to Bishop Floyd Parkin in the high priest group presidency and later high priest group leader He was an active temple worker for many years was manager of the Queen Theater for five years a veteran of world war warI I and an active member of Veterans Veterans Veterans Vet Vet- erans of WW I racks Bishop Floyd Parkin was in charge of the funeral rites Family prayer at the Union Mortuary was by George Gill Music was furnished by Barbara Barbara Barbara Bar Bar- bara Houghton invocation Merrill L.
