corporation which owns owns pr controls one or more cows a art or all of the milk from which Is ar sale or cr sold or delivered to any person firm or corporation but the person who keeps not more than farms ot of all producers or distributors of milk or milk products ultimately consumed within the city sf of park city said scores shall be based upon the following standards miry dairy barns 1 be ba permitted per in parts ot of the barn used for dairy purposes 4 walls and ceilings and ledges the walls and ceilings and ledges of all dairy barns shall be whitewashed once each year or painted vehicles shall be kept elfen while used in tram transporting portIng milk or milk products no substance capable ot of contaminating mills milk or milk products shirt be transported with milk or milk products in such manner as to permit contamination it shall be unlawful tor or the owner of 0 any milk wagon used in park city for the delivery or sale of milk to fax fah to have the name of tho the owner the number of such owners permit and the location ot of the dairy printed on such wagon in a conspicuous place and in a plain and legible manner SECTION 9 future dairies and milk plants all AH douver or offer or have for or sale or keep lor for use or to bring to park city any unwholesome skimmed watered or adulterated milk or milk known as swill milk or brewers malt milk or milk from cows or other animals which have been ted fed en swill or brewers malt or milk from sick or diseased cows or other animate animals or any butter or cheese cheers made from any such milk or any unwholesome
