night by prank frank james also prominent in the park and died sunday night about 7 fitzgerald visited the livery stables ol of and james about 2 sunday morning and asked lor a horse to ride up to the silver king mine he HB was advised that there was no horse available but did not believe the statement and a dispute followed toll owed in which fitzgerald struck james in the mouth with his fist james then drew a revolver and fired tw two shots into the mans mana body which proved fatal at the hour stated above james was brought to coalville Co alville tuesday morning by sheriff mair and
