Show school notes military unit to have I 1 last monday the park city R 0 T C unit received the first of a series or of lectures that are to be given by instructor herbert adamson on military courtesy patrol scouting and mapping the lec turo monday stressed certain points of courtesy that every young man should know these points are expected to hold good in all other school classes besides military the unit has been given several rigorous drills in preparation for an inspection spec tion to be given next thursday by an officer from salt lake city by dint ol of m much no h exertion on both the been unable to become eligible this week in order to accustom two other men to these post lons ions the team with its new forwards played the park city athletic club team the athletic club emerged victorious after the first game was over the at men and L D S elders had a game f for 0 r which the gymnasium was hired at t the regular rate of 4 00 per hour the II 11 I 1 men came out on the long dressmaking except program the girls are sewing again after weeks of ca cooking 0 king and banquets there has been no banquets this week b but u t there will be more soon the sophomore girls are sewing diligently most of them have completed their gingham dresses and have started on wool dresses three girls have their wool dresses almost finished the freshmen girls cannot be left out tor for they are working diligently also they have been sewing gowns and now many of them are sewing on slips next friday there will be a program at given by the home economics department the girls are sure ot of a good program so 60 they invite all the public to come it they wish the program given by other classes have been successful so the girls know that this one win will be successful ce lui also COSSEY COSSET 32 foreign language classes are studying alter after examinations the morning spanish class has been studying the reign ot of que queen en isabella each student will give an oral talk about this lady and the empower Ero charles V the students of the afternoon class are enjoying la Ana alhambra ambra they have studied moorish architecture which includes the wonderful salons and
