it was immediately frozen in which state it will remain until the day of the funeral ceremony in washington by this process the flowers retain their fresh freshness iless and natural color on the day of the ceremony the wreath will toe be thawed out and placed on the tomb of americas unknown dead the united kingdom in addition to its official representation by the british lem bassy the artish delegation to the conference to discuss limitation of armaments and other high british officials will be represented by a british mother who lost her son con in the world war she will bring with her a wreath made up of flowers from each one of the constituent portions ot of the united kingdom Fri england gland ireland scotland and wales like the south african floral tribute this will be frozen until the ibe day of the ceremonies other nations have not announced in detail what particular tribute they will pay but it Is understood that all of the allied powers in addition to their official
