busy on his faim to bother about aboul little things like city affairs affairs the regular night thursday councilman wyckoff notified the mayor that he had another meeting which required his presence b but ut perhaps at 9 or thereabouts lie he would grace the council chamber with his presence his attendance being necessary to male make a quorum the May mayor orrand and councilmen fleish marland feterson Ye peterson terson decided to wait and they waited until about 10 but their colleague tailed failed to show up and the meeting was put oft off until the next night friday on that date
