Show miss florence kimball the remains of miss florence kimball was brought up from salt lake last monday and tuesday afternoon funeral services were held at the L D S church which were largely attended by friends of the family and admirers of the popular young lady whose untimely death la Is sincerely mourned by the entire community bishop W D lewis officiated at the services and the splendid L D S choir furnished the music the several speakers Bp eakers all touched on the beautiful fu I 1 life of the deceased and spoke words of consolation to the bereaved parents ard other ines the cortege consisted of all automobiles this being the first funeral p groces roces slon elon of the kind hind ever asen deenin in park city the flowers were simply mag AL cent the profusion of the same being evidence ot of the love for the dear girl whose very presence brought sunshine to loved ones and friends florence kimball was the youngest daughter dau of 0 mr air and mrs robt T kimball of this city she was born in park city nineteen years ago and always lived in our midst her sickness dates back to two years ago and commenced with an accident when she was thrown from a buggy while on a pleasure trip over to kamas her shoulder was dislocated and she was badly shaken up and bruised she was never the same girl after that tier her health began to fall fad heart trouble developed and her condition gradually grew worse from that time she was a most lovable and winsome young lady a general favorite with all who 1 knew new her at school she was one of the brightest pupils and beloved by all her schoolmates her death brings sadness to many hearts and the home made desolate indeed by her taking away we can not fathom why our loved ones should be taken from us especially when just entering upon lifes thresh hold when their future Is so 91 full of 0 P romise promise and their presence so needed to cheerio cheer to bless and comfort those whose hearts are more irreparably torn than all others the devoted parents and to these the words of mary louise riley smith might prove consoling when she told mid but not today to day then be content poor heart gods plans like lilies pure and white untold unfold we must not tear the close shut leaves apart time will reveal the hidden cups of gold and it if through patient toll toil we reach the land where weary feet with sandals loosed may rest then shall we me know and clearly understand der stand I 1 think we shall say god cod knew the best |
