L. B. & Jf. bears N. 27 degrees 05 min-ufV. min-ufV. 1979.7 ft,! and running thence N. 8G degrees 31 minutes J 475 ft. to Cor. No. 2; thence S. 17 degrees 53 minutes V. 644 ft. to Cor. No. 3 ; thence S. 86 degrees 31 minutes K. 475 ft. to Cor. No. 4- thence X. 17 degrees 53 minutes min-utes E. 644 ft. to Cor. No. 1, the place of beginning. Said lode mining claim is located loca-ted in the NW'i Sec. 2, T. 4 S, R. 3 W., S. L. Mer., and contains a 'net area of 1.416 acres, the areas in conflict with Lot. 159 Webster lode ; Lot 2G9 St. James lode; Lot 367 Oecidental lode; Sur. 2975 Unlimited lode; Sur 3444 Martha D. lode; Sur. 4809 Grand View lode; Sur. 410 Shield Fraction lode and Sur. 6934 Betty Walker lode, having been excluded ; said Sheald No. 3 lode location mining claim being of record in the'office of the County Recorder of said mining min-ing district at Salt Lake City in Salt Lake County, Utah.
