OCR Text	Show BLOW TO SCALPERS judge john A marshall in tho federal court at salt lake yesterday made permanent an injunction n straining 11 ticket brokers doing business in ogdan and salt lake from dealing in railroad tickets issued by the rio grande western and southern pacific railroad companies the decision was rendered after a hearing which was in progress for several days and is so far reaching and of such plenary proportions that it ia thought to practically prohibit the scalping of railroad tickets anywhere in the state
