FEDERAL BUILDING snow has stopped work on the og den structure continued snow and cold have made it impossible for work to be resumed on the federal tho snow on the ground is such an inconvenience 0 o derrick work in the laying of the largo stones and columns that arc ready to be placed that work will not be commenced until the snow disappears tho force of stone cutters and masons have been laid ofa for a number of weeks they will be re engaged when mild weather permits the cutting of stone and laying of interior brick As the snow in all probability will remain on the ground for a month and a half activity around the building will bo reduced to a minimum
