Show PACIFIC PARENTS OF ROBERT WATSON FILE CASE AGAINST COMPANY son was killed by overturning of locomotive co on cutoff cut off nobart and laura watson have sued dihe southern pacific company tor 20 for damages alleged to have been sustained by them by reason of the overturning of a locomotive on march 25 1903 and the killing of their son robert who was about twenty years of age young watson was a lococo alvo fireman on one of the cutoff cut off engines and while the engine wa running backward near owens station in weber county on a dark night without a headlight to illuminate the track alicade the engine ran into a sink in the track which had occurred some time before overturned and killed the fireman the action is filed in the district court here by C C richards attorney for the plaintiffs |
