attorney tor the estate NOTICE OP INTENTION the city council of ogden city state of utah hereby elves notice that it intends to make the following improvements to wit to and depavo the asphaltum pavement on street from the west line 6 washington avenue to the west line of wall avenue the bamo having heretofore been created paving district no 2 in the manner following to wit to remove all the old asphaltum surface replace and repair the concrete base so tar as may be necessary resurface the entire street from which the asphaltum has been removed with new asphaltum 2 12 1 2 inches thick and relay such of the sandstone sand stone block paving curbing and cross walks as hava become out of level and line and further to require the ogden rapid transit co to remove their present rails and track and to provide and lay in place thereof heavy girder rails not less than six inches deep and to pave between the rails ot such track and for a space of two feet wide of the rails of said track with sandstone paving blocks the boundaries of the district to ba affected are lines running feet back from and parallel with the outer lines of said streets on each and every block and for the full length thereof therein the estimated cost of such improvement la for the payment of the costs and expenses of making said improvements the city council intends to lovy a special and local tax upon the real estate lying and being within the boundaries of the district benefited and affected to the extent vt the benefits to said property by reason of such improvements the city council will on monday the day of february 1904 at 8 p m in tho city council chamber city hall ogden utah hear objections in writing from any and all persons interested in said local assessments adopted by the city council of og den city utah january 18 1904 W J CRITCHLOW city recorder NOTICE OF INTENTION notice 0 intention of the city council of ogden city to create the first extension west to curbing and guttering district no 3 curbing and guttering district no 7 curbing and guttering district no 8 and curbing arid guttering district no 9 and to build therein sandstone and concrete curbs and gutters and to levy a special tax upon the abutting property to defray the costs of same the city council ot ogden city state of utah hereby gives notice that it intends 0 o make the following improvements to alt to create all that part of twenty fourth street from grant to wall avenues as the first extension west to curbing and guttering district no 3 to create all that part of grant avenue from twenty third to twenty fifth streets as and guttering district no 7 to create all that part of lincoln avenue from twenty third to twenty fifth streets as curbing and guttering district no 8 to create all that part of wall avenue from twenty third to twenty fifth streets as curbing and guttering als brict no 9 and further that it intends to build therein a sandstone curb and sandstone tand stone block gutter and a concrete curb and gutter on the streets and in ta districts aforesaid in the manner following to wit to build on each of grant lincoln and wall avenues from twenty fourth to twenty fifth streets and on twenty fourth street from grant to wall avenues as aforesaid a sandstone curb 20 inches deep and 5 inches thick a sandstone sand stone block paved gutter 6 feet wide together with the grading and to build on each of grant lincoln and wall avenues from twenty third to awen ty fourth streets a concrete curb 15 inches deep and 6 inches thick acon crete gutter 3 foet wide and 6 inches thick together with tho necessary grading the boundaries of the districts to be affected and benefited are lines running twenty alya 25 feet back froni and parallel with the outer lines of said streets on each and every block tor the full length thereof therein the estimated costs of such improvements prove ments are for the sandstone curb and gutter per front foot for the concrete curb and gutter per front fool the total costs being as follows for first extension west to curbing and guttering district no 3 for curbing and guttering district no 7 for curbing and uttering district no 8 f for curbing and guttering district no 9 total for the payment of the costs and expenses of making said improvements the city council intends to levy special and local taxes upon tho real oswo lying and being within the boundaries ot the paid districts to be create 10 the extent ot the to said property by reason of euca improvements the city council will on monday the day ol 01 february 1901 at p m in the city council chamber city hall ogden Utah bear objections in writing from any and all persons interested in said local and special assessments in considering any written objections to the carrying out
