| Show NOTICE OF SPECIAL CITY TAX to whom it may concern notice Is hereby given that a special tax for the purpose of constructing concrete curbs and gutters on both sides 0 jefferson avenue between and streets in curbing and guttering district no 5 has been levied by the city council and approved may 1904 said tax Is levied on the following real property in ogden city to wit all of lots 1 7 8 9 and li block 13 lots 6 and block 1 lots 2 3 4 5 and 6 block 15 lots and 10 block 16 lots 1 7 8 9 and 10 block 27 lots 2 3 4 5 and 6 block 29 and lots I 1 and 10 block 30 plat A ogden city survey to a depth ot 25 beet back from said street is payable in four installments and will become delinquent as follows said first installment of 30 per cent july 13 1904 said second installment of 30 per cent september said third installment of 30 per cent november 20 1904 and said fourth installment of 10 per cent may 24 1903 bach of eald installments except the first shall draw interest at the rate of 7 per cent per annum from the date of the levy aforesaid and if any or either of said installments shall be unpaid when they become delinquent interest thereon ahall be 10 per cent per annum until such delinquent assessments are fully paid said tax shall be and collected as in other cases of special taxes and if not paid the property on which said levy la made will be advertised and cold according to law all special taxes are payable at my office 2500 washington avenue ogden utah JAMES E HALVERSON city treasurer and collector of special taxes ogden utah may 27 1904 curbing and guttering district no 5 |
