REPAIRING M WORK ON PATCHING STREET BEING RUSHED paving on washington avenue will be completed soon repairing of the paving on twenty fifth street was started this morning from wall avenue and is progressing very rapidly all alie holes between the glitter and a lino two feet from the street car track will be repaired the entire job to cost about 1000 at the rate of 17 cents per foot the paving on washington avenue is rapidly that on the east side is completed from the south side of street to a point near the idanha and is being used on that sides between and streets with the exception of a part of the street intersection on street nearly all the concrete basa n in between and streets on the west side the contractor expects to have the paving completed within seven days after the double track of the street car company is completed at the corner of street the paving was to be completed by september lath but an extension of a couple of weeks will probably be asked for and granted
