menta by local assessment jhc thc council of ogdan city situated n weber county state of utah gives notice that it intends to make the following improvements to biti to pave all that part of washington avenue in said city lying and being athin the south line of twenty third street and tha north line of twenty second street this shall be known as first extension north of paving district no 1 and tte said city council further intends to grade pave curb and gutter toe streets of said paving district in th manner following to wit to curb with sand stone curbing 5 inches thick and 24 inches deep to build a sand stone block gutter not ess tn 6 feet wide to pave the street intersections with saad stone blocks to build waterways at said intersections of concrete with cast iron covers to build cross walks with sand stone flags 18 inches wide and 7 inches thick to require the ogden rapid transit company to pave a strip in the center of washington avenue in said district 21 foot wide being that portion of the street between its tracks and rails and for two feet on the outside of the outer rails to pave all the remaining portion of said street as above designated with as chatum on a base of portland cement concrete 6 inches thick the boundaries of the district to be affected and benefited are lines SO feet back and parallel with the outer lines of each side of the street on eagin and every block for the full length there of therein the estimated cost of such improvement i for the payment of the costs and expenses thereof the city council intends to levy local taxes upon the real estate lying and being within said paving district to the extent of the benefits to such property by reason of such improvement the city council will on the day of november 1902 it 8 oclo k p the boundaries of the district to be affected and benefited are lines running 60 feet back and parallel with the outer lines of each side of the street on each and every block for the full length
