| Show UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY special meeting of to abo stockholders ot union railroad company notice Is hereby given that a special meeting of the stockholders ot union pacific railroad company will be held at the office of the company at salt lake city in tha slate ot utah on monday the oth day of october 1899 at 12 noon for the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposed amendment of the articles of association of the company increasing its pre capital stock by the amount of and its common capital stock by the amount ot and ot authorizing the issue and use of such additional stock and of taking all suitable action in that behalf the books for the transfer of stock both common and preferred win be closed for the purposes of the meeting at the close of business on saturday september ath 1899 and will be reopened on the alth day of october or in the event of any adjournment of said meeting or of the annual meeting of stockholders to be held on october 1899 then on the day following the date of the last of any such adjourned meetings dated august auth 1899 by order of the board of directors ALEX MILLAR secretary |
