Show THE HART INQUEST THE JURY RETURN THE VERDICT THE BODY SENT EAST the inquest over the remains of george hart conductor of the hot springs line who was killed in the accident sunday night was held yesterday afternoon and the jury consisting of E W wade S W cragun and john seaman returned a verdict that the deceased came to his death by being thrown from a derailed car on the ogden hot springs railway line la pleasant view precinct weber county utah that the accident was caused by the fact that when the car left the rails the train could not be stopped because the air cylinder had bacorn loosened from the of the engine and could sot be used that this was caused by the rough and uneven condition of the track which Is laid and maintained with insufficient condition as Is necessary to make the running of trains safe and of the track strained and jarred the air cylinder so that it became loose that the manager ot the road bad been notified of this condition of affairs and that the track Is in a dangerous and unsafe condition for travel the county was represented at the inquest by prosecuting attorney halverson and the railway company by E M aillston jr the affair will probably lead to a damage suit the remains of hart were bent to omaha last night accompanied by manager hart of the hot springs the brother of the deceased did not come as be had wired that be would |
