Show WRECK NEAR TERRACE CABOOSE LEAVES THE RIGHT OF WAY conductors ARM DED A freight wreck occurred on the C P just west ot ten ace yesterday the train was in charge of conductor frank kennedy and was going down the hill to make time and gain speed for the upgrade beyond when something threw some of the cars oft the track five or six cars on the hanl end of the train left the track and threw the caboose clear away ot the right of way and smashed it about in a manner that was anything but pleasant conductor kennedy was standing in the aisle when the wreck occurred and was scalded on the arm with a keetje of hot water on the stove his only slight the ma n was in the cipalo but escaped with a slinking Sli akIng up the tracks were blocked for some time and wrecking trains were taken out to clear it up no 2 was delayed six hours and all traffic was 0 course held up |
