| Show office of the board notice of education of ogden city in the slate of utah june 1893 notice 1 hereby given that sealed pro 1 will be received by atie board of education of ogdan city in the of utah at the office of the clerk of the said baird rooms and in the utah loan trust company the corner street and washington ave in said ogden city until the hour of eight in the evening ot at which time and pace the said proposals will be opened for the furnishing of all labor and materials necessary to construct bud finish in a good and workmanlike manner aix additional rooms to the present south washington school building situate on the west side of washington avenue between and streets and for the remodeling of the present rooms in said building said labor and material are to be famished agreeable to and in conformity with the plana and specifications for such work to be furnished hy such board and to inspection at the office of the said clerk the board reserves the right to reject any and all pro po als each bidder enst accompany his pro a check payable to the order of said hoard of education for not than five percent of the amount of his bid which check of the successful bidder will be forfeited to such board in case his is accepted and he fails or refuses to enter into the necessary contract and furnish the bond required by order of the eald board 0 education SEAL THOMAS U UEE president attest E S clerk |
