except the laws journals and reports of this territory which may ba be taken from the library shall be detained more than ten days except when taken for the use of officers and members of the Degi conveniently ar anaed in alphabetical or derand cause the ame same to bei be printed and distributed to the entitled to alie use of such library of all books mapa maps charts globes papers apparatus
