road contractor were buildt building a railroad from maryland phelps and his paramour went to fargo in 1881 and unknown to his wife began a divorce suit asserting in his affidavit that he did not know detective in an interview ter view said helen E phelps the prisoners prisoner s legal ife is a splendid looking woman arid mid I 1 dont see why he acts so she is not over thirty five years old ie is
