in the district co court 0 f the first judicial district of utah territory sitting in county wm farrell plain plaintiff tiff who sues for himself and forthe for the benefit of all the other taxpayer above named plaintiff had complained unsaid court and pray ed td for an injunction ioA against the above named defend defendants an ts requiring ui ring them to refrain from doing any act whereby the court bed ordered said injunction to issue the necessary and proper undertaking having been veen given and the defend defendants anta were strictly command ed until further order of the court to of the previous speaker and thought the interests of the city and its future welfare demanded that its ample resources should be made known the proposed history would be an excellent fet advertising advert izing medium councilor was in favor of taking a course to defend the the honest interests of the council in aiding to publish a abi history story of the city with a view to the general welfare wil fare councilor rich said there seemed to b be e in in the minds of some persons an idea that the proposed history will be a mormon history it itis the intention to see that iii an impartial
