did in august havn a begal wife elixa lii jog and did cohabit with botti ing polygamy and unlawful cohabitation mr seal pleaded not guilty alfred best was next arraign edy charpied with having unlawfully ca habited with best eliza conk and arganda conk mr best pleaded nor guilty emil olsen cama forward and the indictment charging him wibb having cohabited with matilda olsen and anna mathida johnson him lie pleaded not guilty W W willey was charged with having committed the crime of un lawful cohabitation with mary willey and nancy tuttle lie also answered not guilty samuel H B smith came
