Show COTTON GROWING ABROAD INCREASES Washington, Sept 1 4. Cotton growing Is becoming an important industrial in-dustrial factor in many Asiatic conn ti les and the production of this staple abroad is declared by American consular con-sular officials to be steadily on tho Increase. One undred thousand bales of rot-ton rot-ton will' be produced at Adana, Turkey, Tur-key, during the present year, reports re-ports Consul Nathan Mr. Nathan points out as slgnlllcant the fact at least R.Onn bales of long fibre cotton will be produced, as the result of the planting of American seed.
