Show J. 0. MEN HAS APPENDICITIS Due to the Illness of J. D, Skeen. who is employed as counsel on one side of the case of Frank Mnnguru against Clifford Potter, the district court was delayed this morning In beginning the October term Other cases will be set for tomorrow morning morn-ing and It is expected that there will be nothing to interfere with the regular regu-lar proceedings of the court at that time. The Man gum Potter case was the first on the calendar, and, because It could not be heard In regular order, or-der, it necessitated the readjustment of the court work. Mr. Skeen was taken suddenly 111 of appendicitis, Sunday, but the attack is mild and the lawyer i expected to ho able to attend to business in a fw days. |
