Show ANSWERS COM James Says (the People Should Know Insult of Investigations LOUISVILLE, Ky Sept. 11 Congressman Con-gressman Ollle James, one of the Democratic members of the Balllnger Investigating committee, replied to the statement Issued by the Republican Republi-can members of the committee in Chicago yesterday: "The statement is only positive proof of what we saw demonstrated In Minneapolis, and that Is that, the Republican members of the committee commit-tee did not desire to make a report oo the Balllnger case until after the elections. Their attempt to prevent a report was carried out by breaking up the quorum. Senator Root arrived in New York on the sixth of this month.
