Sealed bids will be received by tho Board of Education of Ogden City at the office of tho Clerk of the Board, room 10 in the City Hall, until eight o'clock p. m on Tuesday, May 31 ?L 1910, at which tlm and place said bids will be opened and If satisfactory, satisfac-tory, the contract awarded for furnishing fur-nishing all labor and material necessary neces-sary lo construct and erect a four-room four-room addition to the present Washington Wash-ington school building, situated on W) shlngton AveDue, between 32nd and 33rd streets In Ogden City, and for furnishing all labor and material for Installing a steam heating system and a plumbing system in the said i building and proposed addition there-i there-i to. In each case the labor lo bo per-i per-i formed and tho materials to be fur-I fur-I nlshed in accordance with tho plans j and specifications prepared therefor j by Architects K. C , Woods & Com-I Com-I piny, which may be seen at the of-ces of-ces of said architects, rooms 501-502 First Natlonul Bank Bldg , Ogden, Utah. Said addition to be completed and said heating and plumbing sjetem to be InsLilled not later than August 15th. 1910 Bids to be figured separately on the general construction, houtlug and plumbing. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids. A certified check maje payable to tho Board of Education for a Bum of money not less than five per cent of the amount of the bid must accompany accom-pany each bid, and the checks of the successful bidders shall be forfeited In caso they fail or refuse to enter Into tho necessary contract and furnish fur-nish the required bond.
