In various parts of the world, a New-York New-York lawyer has written to the Aero Club of America urging that they tako up at once tho problem of developing a code of laws to govern aerial flight His idea Is that the Aero club should formulate !i law which would meet the requirements and submit it to conxrees for action. "Tho law should provide for the licensing of all aerial machines and their drivers." says the writer, "and should provide for the use .f all practicable prac-ticable safety devices to "prevent accidents. ac-cidents. Consideration Consid-eration should also be given to the proposed restriction of the use of flying fly-ing machines to certain hours of the day and to certain portions of tho heavens." |
