Show OHILDREN FAVOR SANE FOURTH. The school children of an eastern city have voted for a noiseless noise-less Fourth of July. After the subject had been thoroughly discussed, dis-cussed, and after statistics had been presented, no doubt, as to the great fatality of a noisy Fourth, the little ones decided that a sane Fourth of July is a more glorious celebration than one of human slaughter. The action of the eastern boys and girls is worthy of emulation. emula-tion. We would be pleased to have the Ogden schools take up this , question and have the children make a decision as to how they 1 think the National Holiday should be observed. We are certain the children will agree with us that the use of firecrackers, bombs and other explosives should be prohibited- |
