Topham for the recovery re-covery of S4504 coin of Ihe realm, from which he was separated on tho evening of December 29 by one or more of the fairies of Electric alley. Tho complaint alleges that Dora B. Topham Is the reigning sovereign of the Fashion rooming house and other apartments in Electric alley, occupied by fifty-five lewd and immoral women, wom-en, who subsist by robbing and preying prey-ing upon gullible men whom they can coax and lure Into Biild apartments. It is also charged that Dora B. Topham Top-ham is personally, morally and financially finan-cially responsible for the conduct of these tenants and for the $450 which the "fairies" gathered In from tho verdant and unsophisticated Suzuki, and judgment for that amount and costs of action Is asked by the plaintiff, plain-tiff, who alleges that the Topham woman derives s?4G,200 annually from these dens of vice. |
