Byrd, counsel for the prosecution, pros-ecution, and Elbert Hargls, brother of the late Judge James Hargls, who will prosecute his nephew for the murder, of his brother. The sentiment is very advorse to, the defendant, the only sympathy felt being on account of his mother, who has shown a devotion to him that, is almost unparalleled. She is devoting every energy possible to protect him, not only against the murder charge, but against himself.
