Straus, formerly secretary or commerce com-merce and labor and recently appointed appoint-ed ambassador to Turkey, was the ' principal speaker tonight at tlio dedication dedi-cation of a window in honor or the Roosevelt administration at the Metropolitan Met-ropolitan Temple. Mr. Straus' speech was principally a review of tho administration r Theodore Roosevelt.
