Show NOTICE OF INTENTION. Notice Is hereby given by the City Council of Ogden City. Utah, of the Intention of such council to make tho following Improvements, to-wit: To creato all of 21th Streot from Grant Avenue to Wall Avenue; all ol Wall Avenuo from 23rd to 24th Streots nnd all of Lincoln Avenue from 24th to 25th Streets, as a paving district, and to grade, pave and curb and gutter gut-ter therein In the manner following, to-wit: On 24th Street from Grant Ave. to Wall Avenuo and on Lincoln Avenue from 21th Streot to 25th Street, pave with 2 1-2 lncnes of asphaltum on a t-inch t-inch concrete base, ana on Wall Avenuo Ave-nuo from 23rd to 24th Streets build I a concrete curb and gutter with curb 6 inches thick and fifteen inches deep and gutter 6 inches thick and 18 iuches wlde.and pave with 2 1-2 inches of asphaltum on a 6-Inch concreto base, and to defray tho cost3 and expenses ex-penses of the same, estimated at Forty-Two Thousand (542.000.00) Dollars, Dol-lars, by a local assessment for a depth of 50 feet upon the lots and blocks, parts of lots and blocks. Van da and real estate within said district abutting and bounding upon the outer boundary lines of said streets. The boundaries of tho district to bo benefited or affected are lines drawn 50 feet outward from and parallel to the outer boundary lines of said streets for tlio whole length thereof from Grant to Wall Avenues on 24th Street, and 21th to 25th Streets on Lincoln Avcnite and from 23rd to 24th Streets on Wall Avenue. For tho payment of tho costs and expenses of making said improvements improve-ments the City Council Intends, to levy and collect special and local taxes upon tho lots, blocks, parts of lots and blocks, lands and real estate Ijing and Doing within the boundaries of said district to the extent of the benefits to said property by reason ot said Improvements. Improve-ments. The City Council will, on Monday, the 17th day of May; 1909, at 8 o'clock o'-clock p. m.. in the City Council Chamber, Cham-ber, City Hall.
