Publications Pub-lications Superintendent Mills, of tho public schools, has rocelved notification notifica-tion that the High school library' at Ogden has been designated as a depository de-pository to receive the publications of the U. S Geological Surey, beginning begin-ning with the 61st congress. These publications Include bulletins, folios and monographs varying from 60 to 75 publications each year. Will Be Charged With Forgery The officers state that they now have sufficient evidence at hand to warrant the filing of a complaint against Leslie Les-lie Fuller, who was arrested a few days ago under suspicion of forgery. It will be remembered that Fuller came to tho city with his wife and with a letter of recommendation alleged al-leged to have been given by Judge Howell, secured a livery ng, with which he and his wife went out riding, rid-ing, and afterwards cashed a check for $8 at a butcher shop near Five Points, which were considered to have been forgeries. Trial of Walter Barnes The trial of Walter Barnes, charged with abandoning aban-doning his family, was taken up in tho district court this morning, at 10 o'clock.
