C, the members of lb Lot Smtih company, who were mustered out ef Mrvic dur ing th Civil war, are reatored to tuelr full right on th penaio list, Th I previous ruling which .truck them from lb list haa been repealed by th pre ent decision. All member of th com pany who apply will b restored to the rolls and receiv a pension from th date of rejection.
